Hello! I'm glad you're here :)

Hi! Thanks for visiting my site - I'm thrilled to have you here! With all of the new faces around, I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.


My name is Taylor (duh), and I live with my husband and our two rescue pups in Fargo, North Dakota. I love exercising, cooking, weekends at the lake, and cold, juicy, hazy IPA's. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, a group fitness coach with years of experience in various workout methods, and will be starting at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a certified health coach in just over a week! I am SO excited to add this to my offerings and help support you even more through your wellness journey. Stay tuned for more on that :)


It has been a whirlwind journey to get to where I am today with Train with Taylor. The pandemic threw curveball after curveball at us, but there are definitely good things that came from it. Being here with YOU is one of those things! Nothing brings me greater joy than this incredible community we have created together.


If you haven't taken the leap to try out one of my classes yet, pull the trigger this week! They are a combination of pilates + strength based resistance moves, with HIIT thrown in to keep your mind + muscles guessing on what is coming next. I have personally noticed a huge shift in my fitness level since incorporating these into my routine, and my clients have as well! Each class is effective, efficient, and FUN. Weight loss, strength gains, financial savings from letting go of pricey group fitness memberships, and friendships across the country with like minded people are all things you have to gain from sweating with me!
