Living a healthy lifestyle can be overwhelming. Exercise, nutrition, stress, relationships, sleep, hydration….the list goes on and on.

And don’t even get me started on the lists within the list…

Take exercise - what on earth should you be doing? Strength training? Cardio? Yoga? Pilates? Group fitness? Crossfit? HIIT? Morning? Evening? How many days a week? How long should  each session  be?

Or nutrition - should you be eating low carb? High carb? Low fat? No sugar? Paleo? Vegan? Tracking macros or calories? Intermittent fasting?

The truth is….ALL of the answers above are correct. What works for your best friend may not be what your body is asking for, and that’s okay! What worked for you last year may not even be what your body needs today. We are constantly evolving, and I’m here to help.
