If you're anything like me, you might feel as if you overindulge a bit (as you should!) over the holiday season. Come January, it's always time to give our bodies a little extra love. For four weeks, commit to consuming only whole, nutrient dense foods - no alcohol or refined sugar, and minimal to no gluten & dairy. Quality proteins, ALLLLL of the veggies, and healthy fats will be the center of every recipe.

Get ready for four AMAZING weeks of prioritizing YOU. This year, there will be 2 options to choose between:


  1. The full experience. You will receive a meal plan each week with 30+ healthy recipes total, the ENTIRE 8 Week Strength Program of your choosing (40 workouts!), weekly live discussion / Q&A sessions with Taylor and the group, and access to the January Accountability Group on Facebook. There will also be an end of challenge group workout followed by happy hour to celebrate all of your accomplishments! The investment for this option will be $139 (a $10 savings from purchasing both separately!).

  2. Already have a solid workout routine you aren’t looking to switch up at this point? I totally get it! This option is for you. You’ll receive everything from the full experience, minus the strength program. The investment for this option will be $50.
