If you're anything like me, you might feel as if you overindulge a bit (as you should!) over the holiday season. Come January, it's time to give our bodies a little extra love. For 20 days, commit to consuming primarily whole, nutrient dense foods - no alcohol, as little refined sugar as possible, and minimal to no gluten & dairy. Quality proteins, ALLLLL of the veggies, and healthy fats will be the center of every recipe.

This year will include daily workout recommendations, a meal plan with over 30 healthy recipes, accountability, and community. 


You will receive weekly healthy recipes (4 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 breakfast, and 1 side per week), and access to the Facebook Accountability Group designed to help you stay motivated and accountable throughout the month. There will also be an end of challenge group workout via Zoom to celebrate all of your hard work throughout the month with a little sweat sesh...
