The second installment of the TWT Strength Program, this 8 Week Program can be completed at home or in the gym. Start and complete at your convenience, and watch your strength and muscles grow!
8 weeks. 5 workouts per week - 3 lower and 2 upper. This split will allow you to train in a balanced, safe, and effective manner throughout each week, with a slight focus on lower body.
The templates will come in both excel and PDF format. You will also receive access to a private TWT Facebook Group to ask questions, connect with the TWT community, and receive bonus tips & tricks as you progress through your 8 weeks.
