I have been an athlete my entire life, but that does not mean I have never struggled with weight or body image issues. I was always on the heavier side growing up, and this only escalated in the months after graduating high school. After seeing the highest number of my life on the scale one day during my freshman year of college, I knew something had to change. I started prioritizing health & wellness, and over the course of about 3 years lost around 50 lbs. I know firsthand how hard it can be to balance the more "fun"aspects of life with making choices that support weight or health goals, but I promise you - it IS doable. And SO worth it.

This transformation truly impacted my life; after working in public accounting fresh out of college, I started coaching at a local pilates studio as well as a HIIT based studio. Eventually, I took a full time position with the pilates studio training coaches around the country. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in programming and leadership. I also experienced first hand the power that teamwork and accountability can have in a workout regimen.

Now, my goal is to help as many people as I can find a love & appreciation for movement and nutrition. Watching clients fit a healthy lifestyle into their chaotic lives and reap the benefits of their hard work has been the most rewarding thing I can imagine, and I am so lucky to be able to call this my "job".

I am NASM CPT certified, as well as a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I'm here to help! Please inquire for all personal training requests, private group sessions, or ANY questions you may have!


Coach Taylor has completely changed my opinion on home workouts. Her live, virtual classes give me the motivation to work my hardest and I love being motivated by the others who take the class as well.  Prior to Taylor's live classes I was apart of a boutique gym that was very low impact.  I didn't realize how much I missed the high intensity interval training that Taylor includes in her workouts. Its been a long time since my muscles have been this sore!  Being able to do these great workouts at home with very little equipment is so convenient and has been a game changer. Having the ability of her be able to see me and critique and coach me gives me the accountability I need to push myself, show up and give it my all in her classes! In the few weeks that I have been taking her classes I feel stronger, more confident and am seeing results! I am home with a very busy two year old so this allows me to stay fit and teach her that fitness is important too. She loves see coach Tay and her puppies!  I have always enjoyed Coach Taylor's classes but I am LOVING her workouts now!  I am so happy to be supporting this dream of hers!
