HIIT + STRENGTH

The original class format that had everybody sweating, shaking, and dying for more. A killer combination of strength plus high intensity interval training, this class hits all of the essentials of a well-balanced fitness routine. Designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental grit, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. HIIT + STRENGTH *45 MINUTE EXPRESS*

A condensed, but by no means less intense, version of the 60 minute HIIT + Strength class. Shorter in duration, but higher in intensity, this option is ideal for those with a busy schedule. This class will be sure to leave you just as breathless and drenched in sweat as it's longer counterpart.

ARMS + ABS *STRENGTH*

This class is a strength workout focusing on core + upper body strength. We will utilize weights (if you don't have any - don't worry! I will give you common household items as replacements), sliders, (same thing here - plenty of household options), benches (or chairs), and most effective at all - your own body! This is a good lower impact option if you need a day off from the high intensity moves we love (to hate). 30 and 45 minute options available.
