Happy Sunday!

Happy Sunday, y'all! I hope you had a GREAT weekend full of sunshine, friends & family, and relaxation :)


It was the member-guest tournament this weekend at our golf course, so I definitely indulged in some extra yummy food + adult beverages. Oh well - it's all about balance, right? I'm about to do a yoga class with the #SummerStrong Challenge group, and hop on the Peloton to get a good Sunday sweat in. It's my favorite way to end a weekend and set myself up to hit the ground running on Monday morning! Speaking of Monday - you have two chances to sweat with me - so go book 'em now :)


As far as Monday's go, tomorrow is a pretty big day! Not only is it the halfway point of #SummerStrong (time has FLOWN by!), but I start "school" again! Only kind of kidding - like I mentioned last week, I am going through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) for their health coaching program. I am doing the 6 month accelerated option, and am SO excited. I love this particular program because they do not preach a one-size-fits-all "quick fix". They promote the idea that there is no one perfect diet, and my job will be to work with you one on one to find out what works best with your body, lifestyle, and goals. I'll obviously keep you updated as the program goes on, and let you know ALL about my experience with it!


Lastly, keep an eye open for accountability group sign ups! This challenge has been SUCH a huge success, I want to keep giving you guys options to keep you on track! Each month there will be the option to join a Facebook group to connect with some awesome people, share workouts + healthy recipes + motivation, and get a weekly group sweat in! I will continue to host seasonal challenges where I give you goals (and some sweet prizes), so watch for the fall one coming up in a couple of months.
